These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aby's Cleaning Crew website and the cleaning services we provide in Sudbury, Ontario. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Aby's Cleaning Crew provides window cleaning, hoarding cleanup, gutter and roof cleaning, junk pick-up and removal, and related cleaning services. The scope of work for each job will be agreed upon before service begins.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if conditions on site differ materially from what was described. Final pricing will be communicated before additional work is performed.
Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our contact form. We ask that you provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can serve other customers.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through our designated payment methods and processors. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to follow-up.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the property and to inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions before work begins.
Liability
We take care to perform our services professionally. To the extent permitted by law, Aby's Cleaning Crew is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues outside the scope of the agreed work. Please report any concerns to us promptly.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
